Renovations began in February and did not complete until September. The kitchen cabinetry installation took 16 weeks as DW Precision worked on other jobs rather than completing our project. Photo attached of cabinet install after 12 weeks. Repeat emails and phone calls would not be returned. I requested verbally and in writing multiple times for a pull out trashcan and cutlery drawer insert, but this went ignored and didn't get corrected until after the initial cabinet installation. I'm still waiting on my pantry pull out drawers. We let DW know our renovations needed to be completed by end of June because we had to be out of storage by that time, but they didn't care. They even sent us very unprofessional text messages that stating they weren't going to finish the work we paid them for. Only when I said I would post a bad review online did they agree to finish the work. They also have not returned the community parking pass that was used during the job which is going to cost $50 to replace. Their plumber did terrible work that had to be redone by another plumbing company. His plumber is also volatile and unstable and someone you do not want in your home. All I can say about DW is that you don't get what you pay for.

Everything went very smooth. I explained what I wanted and they were very helpful in finding it. They also help me with the hardware for the cabinet. Dave did a great job on the installation and the cabinet looks great. I would definitely hire Dave again. Thanks so much.

I wasn’t there when they did it. The work was on and off for a month. We did some travelling and we weren’t there so we told them they had the last week in November and all of December to finish it. Then, we were back in January first. It’s superb. They did a great job. It was my first time to use them. I didn’t encounter any unexpected issue. I like that it’s run by a man and his wife. She runs the office. He runs the crew. They were really nice people to deal with. I would tell friends and family members to hire them. I’m a very picky person. They weren’t the cheapest. They weren’t the most expensive. Workmanship was great.

David was referred to us by a cabinet shop to install our kitchen cabinets. A few days before our install he tore his bicep and we thought we would have to move our install date, after we had already done the demo. On Monday, David sent two great guys, Darren & Drew over to start the install while he was having surgery on his arm. They did not want us to have to wait. They got right to work and did not stop until late into each day, as they were a man down, but wanted to keep us as close as possible to staying on schedule. They were meticulas and made some adjustments that made the install go smooth on our end. They scheduled the plumbers Don & Tony, who came in and were very professional and did an excellent job. Darren had to modify a spice rack to fit around the drain pipe. What he came up with was incredible and did not take away hardly any of the cabinet. They worked very well with our electrician and were very polite to everyone they came in contact with while at our home. When it came time to put on the crown molding, Darren did the most amazing job i have ever seen. Looking at it, you would think it was one continuous pieces. His cuts and placement would be considered artistic more than carpentry work! After getting out of the hospital, Dave came back the final day (one arm and all) to do some final touches and inspection. He and Darren put the final touches and everything turned out beautiful and better than we expected. I asked them for a stack of cards to pass out, as people like this are hard to find, especially here in Florida. If you want affordable, professional, honest and amazing craftsmenship when remodeling your kitchen or bath, i would suggest you schedule David and his team, fast. When the word starts to get out about these guys, you may have to go on the waiting list.
