+ -1 moreJOHN COMES OFF AS VERY PROFFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE DURING THE EVALUATION OF WORK BUT SIMPLY GOES DOWN HILL FROM THERE. THE WORK THAT WAS DONE ON THE FAN AND RECEPTICLES IS FINE BUT I STILL DO NOT HAVE A WORKING HOTTUB.
Description of Work: HOTTUB WAS WORKING BUT WAS 'STRAIGHT WIRED' SO NONE OF THE POWER OR TEMPERATURE KNOBS AND BUTTUNS WORKED. JOHN STATED IN THE ESTIMATE THAT A NEW POWER LINE NEEDED TO BE RUN AND IT WOULD BE UP AND RUNNING FOR $500. HE WOULD ALSO INSTALL A CEILING FAN AND SOME RECEPTICLES FOR $250. HE RAN THE POWER LINE BUT STILL DID NOT HOOKUP TO THE HOTTUB. HE THEN DISAPPEARED FOR 2 WEEKS WITH REPEATED CALLS UNRETURNED. HE FINALLY CAME BACK AND INSTALLED THE FAN AND RECEPTICLES AND HOOKUP THE POWER. AFTER HOOKING IT UP HE CLAIMED I NEEDED A NEW THERMOSTAT AND BLOWER. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN EVALUATED WHEN HE GAVE ME THE ESTIMATE. HE SAID HE WOULD CALL SOMEONE FOR AN ESTIMATE ON PARTS AND GET BACK IN TOUCH WITH ME. IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM.

Description of Work: RE-WORKED THE WIRING ON A RENTAL HOUSE FROM THE BREAKER BOX TO THE OUTLETS. BROUGHT EVERYTHING UP TO CODE. INSTALLED 2 WATERPROOF OUTLETS OUTSIDE. RAN NEW CONDUIT FOR 220 & 110 TO A 'TED-SHED' USED AS LAUNDRYROOM.
