 + -1 moreRobert was able to unclog the drain, fixed the disconnection pipe - although he missed the 1/2" piece that had fallen onto the floor. Then he was able to hear the freon flowing into the air handler when the fan was off, thus causing the coils to freeze up. Was installed a new contacter and fixed the problem. Charge was $32, which seems kind of high, but is was Sunday and he got the job done, so I am happy. He also quoted me on a new system.

 + -1 moreOn September 14th are air conditioning went out. A friend of mine had already used coolaire of Pinellas. We called and they did not disappoint. Mike came out diagnosed the problem and 2 hours later we were on our way with nice cold air! They were very prompt very courteous very clean and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs any kind of work done. Good job guys!

Description of Work: Completely serviced our air conditioning system. It was leaking a significant amount of water onto our garage floor and it had not been serviced for awhile. It needed a lot of work and they did it with speed and not too costly also. In fact, when my mother-in-law's air conditioning went out not too long after ours was done and we didn't hesitate to give her their name. She was also very happy with what they did for her system. I don't think it has ever been so cold in her house. She is completely satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: Looked over aging a unit. Gave us an estimate of what needed fixing and was completely reasonable. He is coming this Thursday to complete the work. He did a lot of clesn-up of the unit. It was not in great shape. He also unclogged the unit. It already seems to be working better. Really nice man that did the work and very professional. I believe it might have been the owner who came to our house. He was recommended to us by a family member a few years ago and they have done work for us before. Once I saw Cool aire on Angie's List, I knew that we had made a good decision to use them again.
