The refrigerator wasn't running, they came out to check it. They couldn't come till Tuesday, the refrigerator went out over the weekend and we called them on Monday so they were there the next day. That was pretty good. The guy was very pleasant, dismantled the refrigerator, tested this and that, and then after he made his report, the main office called us back with the repair estimate. We chose not to have the refrigerator repaired, it was $350, and we went and bought a new one.

The tech arrived exactly as scheduled, performed the work efficiently, communicated what was found to us, and did not try to "upsell" us or to convince us to do work we did not need. Price charged was exactly what had been communicated to us when contacting this company, and the work was completed quickly and the work area left neat. I was quite pleased and satisfied with this service.

Our oven broke on Christmas Eve day. They sent someone out and got the job done.

Submitted a request for a service call late Friday evening... Received a response next morning and service call was scheduled for Monday morning... Service personnel arrived right on time... Problem was found by disassembling parts (clogged air passage)... Ice blockage was removed... Reassembly and job completed in less than an hour... Dave, the service person, was professional, friendly, and performed the work in a very timely manner... I am a first time user and happy with the results...

The only difficulty is their business establishment was a little hard to find. It doesn't have a large sign and is behind a strip mall. They primarily make house calls to repair appliances so their facility is not set-up to accommodate walk-in traffic. But since I had a small fridge I decided it wasn't a problem for me to drop it off. The were very fair and honest. I feel I received very good service for a reasonable charge. I would definitely use them again.

Cory knows everything!! He took apart my washing machine to find a hose that needed tightened. He also found that I needed a new part for my ice maker that needed to be ordered. He came back in a couple days and installed the new part and it has been working perfectly since. He does such an excellent job. Pricing is right on target. He was very helpful and very experienced with the appliances. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

They were very helpful, but they did do an expensive repair first and it didn't work. They found a more simplerrepair after and it worked, I wish they would have done that first so I didn't waist my money.

It took a couple of visits due to availability of parts, it it was done and we are very pleased. Dave was amazing..very professional, explained everything to us as we went..10 out of ten!

He found the defroster board was OK, then found and replaced a defective thermistor. He was on time, pleasant, and had the skills and work habits of a true professional. He clearly explained the problem so the repair made perfect sense. I was very impressed and will use Capital when the need arises in the future.

They were on time and professional. Worked fast and came in under the cost I was quoted.

My freezer was leaking water and there was ice forming inside. He knew what the problem was immediately. He had to defrost the freezer and remove all the ice and unclog the defrost drain. This meant he had to basically disassemble the inside of the freezer. He explained everything to me, was very patient and friendly and was very good about cleaning up the water when he was done. I would recommend their services!

Went very well. Our 30 year old refrigerator was running 15-20 degrees in the freezer and 48-50 in the fridge. David came and diagnosed a worn out compressor and put in an order for a new one from Sub-Zero. A couple of weeks later, he returned and spent most the day on the installation. He told me to check the temperatures the next morning and to call if needed. The temps were better but not as low as I had expected. David returned several times to check and tweak the install and said if necessary he'd ask a serviceman with more experience on Sub-Zeros to come by and take a look Cory did so and after one more short tweak the machine was functioning fine. Great service, great follow thru.

We really appreciated the information provided to us. Our ice maker wasn't working, and it turned out the whole mother board was shot. Instead of fixing our ice maker, taking our money, and letting the refrigerator break down again later, he was honest with us and said, look, the whole thing is going to go at any time; it's already operating in emergency mode. He even gave us advice about which brands and stores to stay away from and which ones to look at. He spent a lot of time with us giving us information so that, hopefully, our new refrigerator will be a much better investment. This company seems very honest and professional.

Capital came and fix our air conditioner during a very hot day. It was a simple job - replace a blown fuse. I didn't know that and they could have said there was a bigger problem, but they didn't. I trust them fully. I have used them for washers, driers, heat / air conditioning for about 25 years. I don't even call anyone else when I have a problem.

He was able to take the back of the fridge off and diagnose what was wrong with our water line. He was thorough and careful with my hardwood floors. He took his time to make sure everything was fixed correctly. He is a pro at his job and I would highly recommend him!

There was a week's delay for the appointment because one repairman on their staff had a death in the family. They first assumed I did not want to wait that long for repair but because they were so highly rated on Angie's List, I did. I am SO glad I did because the whole repair experience went smoothly and without delay. The dryer continues to work just fine.

Both times they were on time and very knowledgeable. will use again

They were able to get a tech out on the same day. Very fast. Got the parts in a week later and everything worked just fine.

They showed me how the panel was broken and gave me options for repairing it. They were fair about the replacement part cost. When the part came in, they quickly returned, installed it properly and now everything is working fine.I'll definitely use them again due to being friendly, professional and prompt.

I dealt with this company when I had Ice Cream trucks years ago. He had good chest freezers that were priced low compared to other appliance stores. very professional too.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY EXCLUSIVELY FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND THEY HAVE NEVER FAILED TO FIX IT SUCCESSFULLY. THEY ARE POLITE, ON TIME AND CLEAN UP AFTER SERVICING. I TRUST THEM WITH THE ACCESS CODE TO OUR HOME. I GLADLY GIVE THEM A 10!

I was in the middle of moving my business from one location to another..and was working 60 - 80 hours weeks...when mice chewed the rubber elbows under our washing machine..causing MAJOR water leakage. We called another company and they came out, told us what part was needed, which I ordered online, but was unable to come out to replace the part for over a week. I had already been without my washer for a week. So, I called another company and they sent a repair man out, who replaced the part, but found the rubber elbow on the other side of the washer was also chewed. So, I called and ordered that part, but THAT repair man was not able to come back out for a week. I had originally called Capital Appliance when we first had the problem and they told me to call back when the parts came in and they would come to replace them. I had already had the first part replaced by another company, as I said, but they couldn't come out to replace the second part in a timely manner, so after I received the 2nd round of parts on a Friday evening, I decided to call Capital Appliance back (on Saturday morning) to see if they could come out that afternoon to replace the part. The man I spoke with said he already had plans and he doesn't work on Sundays (which I understand) and that he couldn't be out until the middle of the week. He actually said to me "I know it might seem like an inconvenience, but you may want to try going to a laundry mat! As I said...I was in the middle of moving my office, trying to keep my business running smoothly, take care of my household and in the meantime, just trying to get a company to follow through with their promise of "emergency service". I would not even TRY to use this company again...even if they WERE available.
