Description of Work: Got me in the same day! Troubleshot an appliance in one visit, provided the information I needed to replace a refrigerator and diagnosed a faulty thermostat. Due to the complexity of the wiring from another competitive installers mess, they returned the following day to tweak the system at no charge. Great company.

+ -1 moreRepair man arrived on time, and determined the problem was a bad water inlet valve. He had the part in the truck and replaced it. He gave me some tips on cleaning the stale water out and keeping the valve clean. Dishwasher works great now.

+ -1 moreJeannie worked great with me to get Steve and myself to my rental property together within 2 days. Steve is very personable and knowledgeable. I wanted to have that washer rebuilt because it is an excellent model, and he agreed and worked hard and diligently in a very hot laundry room for over an hour. He did test runs and cleaned up all the spills. The cost for the service call was credited towards the work and parts. It was a great experience!
Description of Work: The repairman worked on a 10 yr. old Whirlpool washer. It had to have a new motor, pump, and the agitator needed to be repaired.

When he finished, he asked if I had any questions, which I did, and he answered each and every one of them. A great experience. I am very pleased.
Description of Work: My refrigerator was running too much I thought. The repairman checked everything out and re-set the controls for me, and now everything works perfectly.
