Description of Work: Purchase two lamps from them. The shades were defective and they took them back with no hassle. The shades that replaced them were also defective. At this point they said they would upgrade the shades at no cost or gives me a credit that would allow me to buy new lamps. They definitely wanted to make me happy and said that they wanted to ensure that I was satisfied. I found this attitude refreshing and will continue to shop here. I opted for the credit and the new lamps.

 + -1 moreThe owner calls himself a lighting designer. He had lots of good ideas but made a couple of big errors in the placement of hanging fixtures and bathroom lighting. I was having problems with shades falling off of an expensive hanging fixture. I was to research the issue with the manufacturer, but he never called me back; he tends to be slow returning calls. His accounting system is primitive, difficult to track what was purchased for what price but eventually got it all together. He charges restocking fees which seemed punitive, considering the amount of business we gave him. I also think he still owes refunds for three fixtures returned after we replaced them with new ones purchased through him. They also sold us lots of bulbs, many of which don't seem to go with any fixtures.
Description of Work: I purchased fixtures for a new home. The owner did two walk throughs to recommend placement/type of fixtures to use in different locations. We were unable to find everything we wanted through him, but all bath and hallway, and all but one exterior fixture purchased was through him. They allowed exchanges on a few fixtures. I also purchased two mirrors for bathrooms.

 + -1 moreI had one lamp that was stained with nicotine smoke and they cleaned the entire thing! I wasnt even able to do it my self! They also rewired another lamp, which I tried to do myself. They did great job and I would recommend them to anyone!
Description of Work: Rewired 2 lamps as well as cleaned the lamp shades.
