+ -1 moreThe service was free. He just came over to check it. I told him I would use him for servicing and repairs and so, he said that he would not charge us that time.
Description of Work: I first used Blackburn’s AC. He checked our air conditioner. We bought a new home and I wanted it checked and I knew he serviced.
