+ -1 moreBianchi realty is a great company. Our realtor was professional, knowledgeable, and a go-getter. We had a short time in town and he ensured we saw numerous units, even on Saturday and Sunday! Good thing too, the unit he showed us on Sunday was the perfect fit for us and we bought it. We received valuable assistance and support through closing and beyond. As new owners, we were pleased they gave us a return address stamp that we use repeatedly. A small but very thoughtful gesture. We also get email updates on market conditions that are informative. I will use Bianchi again and gladly refer them to others looking to buy or sell.

+ -1 moreNot Good at all, they moved me into a unit that had mold in it. I didn't notice until 6 month later. Then they tried to get me to sign a contract stating that I would sue them if I stayed. I didn't and moved out and now they are keeping my 1000.00 deposit. To pay for Mold that was there before I moved in. The unit upstairs had flooded and been renovated 2 times for mold. Guess they don't know how water physics works. Bad business.

Description of Work: Looking at a possible relocation to St. Petersburg from Southern California, Kathy McCabe at Bianchi Realty contacted us after I requested information. She turned out to be a true friend from afar, steering and guiding us carefully and knowledgeably to avoid the many wrong footings an outsider might not see. Her help and expertise in working to secure the house of our dreams could not have been greater, and continues to this day. We found ourselves looking into the possibility of a further real estate transaction in the area—even before we have closed in the purchase of our new primary residence—which speaks volumes to the confidence and fine relationship she surely engenders in all fortunate enough to find and work with her. The support, also through her company at Bianchi Realty, such as their dedicated site designed to search for properties that fit our criteria was impressive from start to finish. Great experience, right through to the escrow closing.

When Brenda emailed me a picture of this house, I said "no way" and she said just give it a try and look at it. As soon as we walked through the door we knew this was the house. We just love it and never would have looked at this house on our own.
