ASAP Hauling

Our company was recently sold which resulted in our offices closing. We had 3,000+ square feet of space and eight years worth of 'stuff' that needed to be discarded. With a limited time frame, I was nervous about scheduling a hauling service that could do such a big job on such short notice. Thank goodness for Angie's List and ASAP Hauling! They came in early that week (the day after I called) to give me a worst case scenario estimate. They came back a few days later, when we were ready for them, to clear out the office. ASAP Hauling did an excellent and efficient job of clearing out everything that we had identified as trash. In just one full days' worth of work, they did a job that would have taken us weeks (or possibly months). They took everything out of the office, put it into their 'dumpster' and hauled it away. They were extremely patient, took direction well and were so personable. One of my favorite things about ASAP is that it is a family run business, which we very much appreciated. Our experience from beginning to end was so pleasant! They were extremely responsive and professional. Kevin knows the business and was able to give me a very accurate estimate just by walking through the building and the entire team will take the appropriate steps to make sure that they take good care of your needs. I simply can't say enough good things about my experience with ASAP Hauling and would definitely use them again in the future (in fact, my boss' did use them again a few weeks later for their home). I strongly recommend their services!

He delivered the dropoff and picked it up full.

We found ASAP Hauling on Angie's list because of their excellent reviews. We were cleaning out our garage and needed a haul away trailer. I called on a Monday and explained that I'd need to have a dumpster dropped off on Friday and picked up on Monday morning. Kevin dropped the trailer off on Friday morning and promptly picked it up on Monday morning. The trailer was perfectly sized to meet our needs. Our experience was great. A about a month after, we decided to pull up the old laminate flooring in our house and install new flooring. Because we were so pleased with our initial experience, we called Kevin at ASAP again and he dropped off the trailer early on Friday morning and picked it up first thing Monday morning. When I called to schedule the trailer drop off, I mentioned to Kevin that we found him on Angie's list and he give's a 10% discount for Angie's List customers. After informing him that I completely forgot to mention the Angie's List deal the first time, he actually gave us 20% discount this time (to make up for the first time). I was very surprised that he did this, as I was only expecting the 10% for this time and knew it was my fault that I failed to tell him I found him on Angie's list the first time. That really impressed me and goes to show what kind of company they are. I highly recommend giving ASAP a call for all your hauling needs. They will be the only company we use from now on.

I contacted Kevin Hooper right before Christmas. He agreed that we could keep the trailer over the weekend, and he would pick it up on Christmas Eve so that it would be out of the way when guests arrived. He delivered the trailer exactly when he said that he would. It was twice the size I thought it would be, so I was worried that we wouldn't fill it up. My sons had the trailer filled up in a matter of hours, so I called Kevin back, and he picked it back up that afternoon. Kevin was very accommodating, and the whole process was so simple that I don't know why I waited years to get rid of all the junk. I will definitely use this service again.

Placed inquiry call 12/14/12 and responded quickly. Agreed on tentative date and callback to confirm on Monday 12/17/12. Did so and 12/19/12 set up for 0930 at storage site. Called when block away @ 0925 and let through security gate. Arrive with another man, and hauling dumpster trailer. Pleasant and went right to work, allowing me to sort through boxes as removed. Entire operation took only 30 minutes and gave me a 10% discount as Angie's List customer. Because he could get some financial return on several items, he did not charge for Labor as originally included in quote. Plan to use him again in spring and will recommend to my neighbors and friends.

They arrived on time. Were plesant. Got a lot of bulky items out. I was amazed they got it all on ome truck.

Rental was great. We are partially through a remodel and had been piling up carpeting and tile in the garage. We had way too much bulk for regular collection. Found Kevin through Angie's List and phoned to get details. Bin was delivered in timely fashion. We loaded all our stuff into it (filled to the brim) and I phoned Kevin to let him know he could come pick it up. Bin was gone the next morning when we arrived at the house.

It was a very pleasant experience. Kevin was very cordial and accommodating. I definitely recommend ASAP Hauling.

ASAP is the right name. Very responsive, easy to deal with and quick delivery. I ordered two buckets for back to back weekends. Kevin has delivered and retrieved the buckets right on time for both weekends. His communication is great as well, checking in and closing the loop on any charges. I plan on continuing to use Kevin and ASAP for the rest of my projects.

They came the same day I called them, were fast, polite, professional and neat, and I will definitely use them again. I recommend them highly.

Called ASAP Hauling about 8:45, and arranged an immediate pick-up and removal for 11:00.In fact, ASAP Hauling arrived early, ready for work. Removal was easily accomplished, in spite of the set weighing several hundred pounds. Certainly appreciated the quick service. Also appreciated the 10% discount for Angie's List members

I have hired this company multiple times to do hauling for me as I am doing remodeling and having to get rid of a lot ofold stuff. Kevin, the owner, is very prompt to answer and return calls and is always able to schedule a pick up very quickly.They have always been very efficient and capable of hauling away many items, including some which were heavy and involved a lot of lifting to get the stuff on to the truck. They are very reasonable on their prices. I don't hesitate to call them when I needsomeone to haul anything away.

Work was done quickly and cleanly. Proper care was taken to prevent damage to surroundings.

GREAT..... extremely responsive, professional, careful of walls and elevators in removing....1-2-3 they were done. I forgot to print off the Angies List Coupon so not sure I received that 10% discount.... but I would definately use again.

These two guys were very good. They arrived on time, had a large enough truck to put everything in, moved heavy items out of the house and some needed a little extra work not counted on because the refrigerator wouldn't fit through the door. They had to remove the doors from the refrigerator so that it would fit through and didn't say anything about having to charge me extra for this. They had quite a large truck and had to pick up my stuff from two different addresses. All of my junk filled up their entire truck. I thought their price was very reasonable and they worked very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone.

The ASAP guys came right on time, loaded up over a ton of debris, swept clean the floor, and gone in less than an hour. They did it right!

Very quick response to our phone call. Quoted price per load. Arrived on time, followed our instructions to the letter. He did a great job packing everything in his trailer so it would be only load. It seemed a little expensive for how simple our job was, I imagine some of the jobs are much tougher, but we went ahead with the service since he could come when we needed him. Very professional.

He called me before delievering it and came right over and picked it exactly when he said he would. He said if I decided I needed it longer than booked to just let him know. Very nice man.

We initially hired ASAP Hauling to remove some old furniture and carpeting from a room we were remodeling. It included a very heavy sofa with built-in recliners all for only $150. Kevin Hooper handled the work and arrived right on time as promised and he an his helper quickly emptied the room. While we were there I pointed out an old basketball goal that had been concreted in place and asked him if he's be willing to remove it and haul it away. He gave me an estimate of $100 additional and got to work. It took those guys several hours to break up the seriously large and sturdy concrete post. It was at least 2 feet deep and the basket ball goal post was filled with concrete as well. The broke it to pieces with a sledgehammer. Unfortunately there was an underground sprinkler line that ran through the concrete. The even cut off and repaired the sprinkler line. I was really impressed with their work effort and even took a few swings myself. I would recommend them to anyone needing hauling work.
