Initial meeting went well. After we decided to only screen the lanai, we never heard back from John. He ignored emails, texts and phone calls. Would never recommend this company.

The professionalism, quality of the product, and workmanship was outstanding in 2016 and is equally as outstanding in 2019. John Kendall/Owner sent the following team: Joe Johnson/Team Leader, Joe Atkinson/Team Member, and Bobby Hawyard/Team Member. This team worked hard, worked consistently, and did an outstanding job given how big the new cage design had to be in order to accommodate the newly installed single lane lap pool. The Team Leader/Joe Johnson also demonstrated his knowledge of how HOA's work about keeping the work site clean, making sure his equipment (to include their vehicle and large trailer) were set up so as not to block access by HOA Members, the US Postal Service, and the Waste Management Collectors. As well, Joe and his Team Members were open to answering any and all questions that we had during the installation process. The new design provided a lot more volume inside of the cage as well as allowing my wife to hang three wind chimes in key locations throughout the lanai, which made her extremely happy. Because we are on a golf course we received nothing but positive comments from a lot of golfers as they came by after the installation was complete; several asked who did the installation to which we provided them the information on All Seasons Aluminum – as they say “a picture is worth a thousand words” and the final product created by the All Seasons Aluminum Team basically says it all!

John and his crew were great to deal with. John came out twice to do the estimate since our initial plans changed. He was very helpful in planning the way we set up the back yard and the patio/porch area and provided an estimate that did not change. When all the permits were obtained, his crew was here when they said they would be. They constructed the screened in porch and gutters for it promptly and did an excellent job. John was always responsive, checked on everything and came out a few days after to make sure everything was as we wanted. They stuck to the time frame given and the estimate. I would recommend John highly for any job of this nature.

While I was having the pool refinished, John (owner) sent his crew to take down the old pool enclosure so that the guys working on the new deck could finish the deck to the edge. The crew was not only fast, but they were clean amount taking down the old flat enclosure. They knew we had a small dog, so they tried to pick up all the screws and small parts. John kept in touch with the pool company to try to insure that he would be ready to install the new pool encloser just as soon as the deck was finished. It worked perfectly (except for the rain) and they were done within 3 days. If it had not rained, it would have been completed sooner. John has been back several time to check on a couple of small items that needed to be adjusted. I could not be happier with my new pool enclosure and the recommendations that he made were even better than I could believe.
