+ -1 moreDan is an exceptionally competent .....friendly ......knowledgeable professional.......it took 2 months to complete what i thought would be an almost impossible task with this 60+ year old house.........very fair with price......always answered any and all concerns and questions.......definitely will use and recommend in the future............
