Excellent, they were able to come right away

Look like he is pumper 5 times more than size of septic tank and sure we were overpriced. He wanted $750 for one load and said he need 3 loads, so we paid him $2100 ( the best price what he can give to us ) and his estimated was $5400 to repair it. This is why we start looking for other company. Other company fixed it in 2 hours for $800 and was very surprised, how you can pump 3 trucks from our so such small septic tanks, his said his price will be only $450. But we paid to Ted $2100. Glad we found another guy to fix it fast and cheap.

They did a great job and saved me 4,000.00 that another company wanted to charge me. Thanks Ted :)

It went well. Took about an hour just to find and open the tank

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Determined the cause of our back up and offered least cost solutions to the issue.

He came about 45 minutes early which was great and went right to work. He drained and cleaned the septic tank and filter, when he finished he showed me what was done. He was professional and did a great job.

Was on time, and I am pleased with the service. Recommended them to a friend. Friend used them also, and utilized the discount provided when they mentioned Angies. Friend is also pleased, particularly since provider had to spend an unusually long time at no charge to locate the system.

He did not charge a crazy price. This company is a fair company and I would highly reccomend this company to anyone that wants to deal with and awesome company. My grandmother was here and she did not know anything about a septic and when Jake took the lid off she said man that needs pumped he told her no mam this is normal level.. So i really think it was great they di dnot try to cheat us. Thank you guys. We need more companys to be like this company. Thank you Jake and Thank you Teds Septic Tanks

I called this company because I have used them to clean out my septic tank in the past. They were listed under the Plumbing: Drain Cleanoutand quot; catagory on Angie's List so I thought I would use them again. I explained to the person who answered the phone that I had a slow drain in my tub and that the toilet would gurgle when the water in the tub was running. He sent out two very young men in a septic tank pumping truck. They knocked on the door and said they were here for the slow moving drain and then went immediately to the septic tank area and started poking around for the septic tank to dig up my yard. I informed them that a clean out opening to the bathroom in question was right behind them. One young man kicked around the dirt with his foot and then said, and quot;I'm going to just dig up the tank. They never asked to look at the bathroom in question or try to snake out the drain. I stopped them and asked them if they were plumbers, they said, and quot;noand quot;. I then asked them to leave my property because I needed a plumber and not my septic tank pumped as they had done it 2 yrs ago and there were only 2 people in the house. This company should be removed from the Plumbing: drain cleaning catagory.

excellent. took a while to get the permit but the work was done over 3 days. they left the field open so I could review the work and it was covered the next day. If there was an "A+" for the price, I would have given that grade. "Scoop" promised a good job and delivered in a timely manner.
