Came when we weren't home, completed job and left bill. Very satisfied.

Terry came out to give us the repair estimate, and he arrived within 15 minutes of the stated time. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He suggested repairing the corner panel vice replacing it and offered to do that at no charge with the rest of the re-screening. We had an additional panel damaged after we received the estimate. I called Tampa Bay Screens the day before the work was scheduled and added the repair of the additional panel. They were very accommodating. We were not able to be home while the work was being done. However, everything was done exactly as agreed to, and we were delighted with the results.

Terry was terrific! He was on time and professional. He replaced both upper and lower screens on our patio [approx. 10' X 12'], and rescreened the door and installed a new door lock, handle, and spring for timed, slow closing. He provided a written estimate and was available to do the work when we needed him. He left his final bill on the door [we didn't have to be home which made everything even more convenient], and we promptly mailed him a check. Now WHO do you know would leave their bill vs. requiring payment immediately?! And his final bill was considerably less than his estimate which we thought was already a good price. Terry was affordable, on time, and he does great work. The screens are tight!

Terry returned my phone call promptly and set up a future date for the work to be done. On the day of the repair, Terry arrived right on time and did a great job replacing the screen at a very reasonable price. He was very courteous, and we would definitely call this company again for our screening needs.

I spoke with Terry throughout the whole process. Terry visited the house to provide an estimate when he said he would be there. Terry performed the work sooner than anticipated - YES, EARLY! Terry corresponded with me frequently to update me on progress, ordering materials, scheduling, etc. Terry finished early and would not accept my payment until I inspected the work. Terry then made another trip out to the house to pick up payment. He was very professional and did very good work, and it was done early! The price was cheaper than all other quotes... including being cheaper than a quote for materials only. Thanks, Terry.

I called Tampa Bay screens and they were prompt in calling me back. I made an initial appointment and they came out and provided an estimate. I then made an appointment to have the work done. He explained to me that he was busy and it was around the holidays however if he could come sooner he would. It was fine with me either way. They did show up on the originally agreed upon date but didn't call ahead of time to confirm as it was cold that morning and I didn't think they would come. They did a great job without any problems though and completed the same day. I'm writing this two weeks after the job and it continues to look great.

VERY PROMPT AND NEAT. PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE. OTHER COMPANIES WANTED OVER $1000 FOR THE SAME JOB.

A LOT OF COMPANIES CLAIM 'NO JOB TOO SMALL'. THAT WASN'T THE CASE ON OUR SCREEN PANEL REPLACEMENT, UNTIL WE FOUND TAMPA BAY SCREENS FROM ANGIE'S LIST. TERRY CAGLE CAME OUT TO ESTIMATE AND AGAIN TO DO THE REPAIR WORK. HE WAS FAST AND PROFESSIONAL AND DID A FIRST CLASS JOB.

I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK TO MAKE SOME ADJUSTMENTS, BUT THEY CAME RIGHT BACK OUT AND EVERYTHING IS OKAY.

AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS AND LEAVING VOICE MAIL MESSAGES THE REPAIR PERSON CAME TO REVIEW THE JOB. HE LET A VOICE MAIL MESSAGE ON MY HUSBAND'S PHONE STATING THAT HE WAS NOT SURE IF HE COULD GET UP ON THE ROOF TO REPAIR THE POOL SCREEN. WE ATTEMPTED TO CALL HIM SEVERAL TIMES FOR FOLLOW UP AND HE NEVER RETURNED OUR CALLS. THE SCREEN REPAIR WAS DONE THIS PAST WEEK BY A COMPANY THAT IS NOT LISTED ON ANGIE'S LIST.

HIGHLY PLEASED!!

DIDN'T NEED TO COME IN HOUSE, OR BACK PATIO AREA, TO DO THE WORK. COMFORTING FOR LADIES AT HOME ALONE.

THEY LIKE CLASSIC ROCK WHICH IS A GOOD THING!

IT WAS A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. HE GAVE ME A VERY REASONABLE ESTIMATE, ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID, AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

THEY TOLD US THE SIDE SCREENS DID NOT NEED REPLACING, WHICH SAVED US $500. THEY CLEANED SIDE SCREENS AND MADE MINOR REPAIRS AT NO CHARGE.
