Description of Work: MANY PANELS LOOSE ON LANAI - RECENTLY PURCHASED HOME. REP CAME OUT AND EXPLAINED WHY I HAD SO MANY LOOSE. GAVE QUOTE - INCLUDED REPLACING DOG DOOR FOR FREE. CALLED TO LET ME KNOW WHAT DAY THEY WOULD BE OVER TO DO THE WORK. WERE ON TIME. CHARGE DID GO UP DUE TO ADDITIONAL SCREEN THAT HAD BEEN MISSED DURING ESTIMATE - I WAS FINE WITH THAT. WERE QUICK AND THE REPAIRS LOOK GREAT - WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
