The office lady, Nicki was very nice, helpful and got the ball rolling for me. I have a metal roof which had risen up on only one corner during Ian and needed it secured. Charles took care of my roof and was very knowledgeable as well as polite and came when expected at appointment day.

They provided low quality work, they didn't use all new materials, the owner of the company never came to show me after the shingles were removed what was wrong or what needed repair.. A lady showed up from the company said she knew a guy that worked for the city and for me not to worry it will pass inspection. From the outside the roof looks ok but from the inside my roof leaks even when it does not rain. When the guy came to my home they said "Since you are my neighbor and you are disabled vet i will give you a discount"

I had severe health problems that have kept me from my FL home . Red Roof Men, Charles met with my State Farm Agent after windstorm tore up tree and damaged roof. My again was so impressed that he actually called to let me know how professional they were. I have NEVER heard of or had an insurance company do that before. I have been unable to walk and in so much pain I was ready to give up on ever hoping to get someone I could trust to handle my property. They went above and beyond and put my faith in good people and business practices again.
