We had our kitchen remodeled by Home Depot and they subcontracted to Johnny Doan Plumbing and they did such a good job with the plumbing work that we called them back to provide a quote on several plumbing projects around our 1979 built house. When the guy came out to review the work to be performed, he was very professional and quickly provided a fair estimate on the same day. The guys that came out to do the work called ahead to let us know they were coming and they were both professional and courteous. The work they performed was high quality and showed their high level of knowledge in plumbing. I have to call out Tucker, Austin, and Kyle for the great work they did for us. I would highly recommend Johnny Doan Plumbing.

After I requested a request for a new tankless water heater quote one afternoon, the technician was scheduled for the next morning. Tucker was very knowledgeable about our existing system, which had finally died, as well as being very well informed about the most reliable tankless water heaters on the market today. When I did some research on Navien reviews (and was impressed by what I found), the company was able to return the next day for the installation of our new system. The installation took less time than anticipated, and the workers were very professional. We love our new system and would recommend Johnny Doan Plumbing. We will definitely use their services again when we have any plumbing needs.

2 day process . Technician was knowledgeable. I supplied the heater. I had to go get pan. They charged me for day two . Also no real money saved by me buying parts.

Kyle was professional and kept us informed about of alleviating future problems. On the very positive, he was very prompt, courteous, and when we need him again hopefully he will be available!!

They came out and examined my heater. He determined that it had been installed incorrectly. I thought I needed a new heater but I didn’t. It was a very simple fix and he saved me a lot of headache and money. This is the most professional plumber that I have dealt with and I highly recommend this company.

Wish there was a rating better than A. Could not have had a better experience!! My hot water heater sprang a leak late Friday night. There are many things I can live without but hot water is not one of them!! I called a couple of plumbers that were open on Saturday and offered emergency services. Johnny Doan was the only one that offered me an appointment that day. A little later they called back and moved the appointment up. My new hot water was installed by 2:00 PM that afternoon. The gentlemen that installed it was very professional and left everything in good order. Price was very fair for the service. Would use this firm again in a heart beat!!

Kyle called me about 10:30 and was done early at his previous job and came straight over - he did a quick assessment and gave me the quote; a quick check online told me his pricing was right in line with other providers so we went ahead; Kyle was polite, professional, and had the whole job done before 2pm, including removal and hauling off of the old water heater - overall a great experience

I was kept informed via text message every step of the process. From initial scheduling, to finished product. Even to the point of being given the first and last names of the plumbers who would be coming to my home. I was not disappointed at all, and was given the price before any work was to be done. The two man team of Austin and Austin started with the least invasive procedure, then had to move on to a more pricey alternative, which was completely effective. There was no slick sales pitch, nor hard sell, just professional results. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, and in fact I will not call any other for future work which may become necessary.

The Technician showed up within the scheduled time window and did an excellent job replacing the two faucets (the main was leaking) with brass ball valves. The faucets were located above and behind my hot water heater, so the job required a bit of talent and improvisation on the Tech's part. I can say he definitely was up for the task; did an excellent job. I entertained four (free) estimates for this job, all requesting the same work and the same replacement parts. Johnny Doan was second from the lowest, and about $300.00 lower than the highest bidder (you ask how that can be...so do I). It is well worth the effort to get several free estimates on plumbing jobs (the end definitely justifies the means). Based on all of the above, I recommend Johnny Doan Plumbing, and did I mention they gave me a 10 percent military discount off the estimated price.

They provided a technician that same day and the service provider was earlier than scheduled—after providing us notice via text and phone. The technician ended up fixing everything fairly quickly, and charged us a lower amount than we were originally quoted because the problem was only on one side of the sink. Excellent experience with this company and I recommend using their services!

The two plumbers arrived on time and in the pouring rain went right to work. They had my hose bibs working as they should be in about 15 minutes and it was pouring out. They did a good job, but I thought the price was a little high. But they completed the work, quickly and tested for leaking. Everything is now working with no leaks. Thanks

They were excellent I was very impressed with their price. The work was incredibly good. They did what I needed done. He went out and he got us a tub because what we have is a little larger than what is needed. They were very professional. Very polite. They were right on time. They are very responsive. They well represent Johny Doan- those two technicians.

Fast, efficient and priced right. Toilet was leaking, called early morning and repair completed quickly by a proficient and polite plumber. They are now my "go to" plumber of choice.

WhenI went into bathroom after they left, there was black grit all over the vanity, in the toilet and on the floor. They also left a wet towel on the floor and all the wrapping for the things they replaced on the floor. And the old things they took off were in the tub. I appreciate their quick response for an appointment but they left the bathroom a mess.

I had just had my septic tank cleaned and there was a blockage the septic tank guys could not clear. I called this company in the early afternoon to see if someone could come out that day. The gentleman came about 2 hours later. He was able to clear the blockage with the correct tools and some effort. He was very professional.

Beware! this company is the plumbing subcontractor my general contractor Michael Willis Residential Contractor uses. I arrived at my house on Jan 2st to find they had installed an oversize garden tub - the plan is for a regular 30? tub. They had busted all the concrete next to it - where the toilet drain was - because that garden tub was 32? wide and now the toilet was no longer to the required 15? code. I had never been told about this tub. They got another tub, a tub with an opening of only 21?, (normal tubs start at 24?) and the right hand corner of the unit was completely busted. If you purchase something, you better be present to watch them unpack and install because regardless of who or how it was damage, they will install it. That?s what they did with the tub I ended up purchasing, they claim it was damaged when they opened the box and they installed it anyway. Today was the reason to write this review on them?. they installed two damp MOLDED pieces of plywood at the master vanity. Can you be any more professional! What else have they done that will be discovered later? Is that how you want your plumbing taken care of? Have pictures of everything written above ? and more! Update: The master shower drain pipe was connected crooked onto the shower pan drain and water was leaking from the drain into dirt under the slab of the house. They had busted all the concrete around the shower pipe; made a hole about 2x1 foot and left it that way, they did not re-concrete it, they just sat the shower pan on top of it. That hole was discovered when we couldn?t find where the ants were coming from in the master bath. We started to see ants coming from under the shower and hence the discovery of the huge hole and crooked pipe connections.

The plumber was very late arriving due to a delay on a previous job earlier in the day. He was very apologetic about being late, and promptly got to work. He immediately discovered that the people that installed my new granite counter tops did not leave all the parts to my disposal. I was unable to contact anyone at the granite company and reluctantly decided to purchase a new disposal. This caused a further delay because the plumber had to go purchase the disposal for me and come back. The rest of the work went smoothly. Everything works greats.

Called them and they were out that same morning to address a very clogged drain. Jim put the trap back together (which I had messed with in trying to replace some components and ran into some issues). Following that he addressed the clog and recognized it was further down the pipe. So he was on the roof, getting the clog from above and took care of the issue. I will definitely use them again.
