 + -1 moreGreat job. John is no-nonsense, all business. He might seem a little gruff when he shows up, but it's just because he's ready to go to work and doesn't waste time. He is a hard, hard worker, was polite and prompt, showed up as scheduled, worked two long days at our house with a helper, and cleaned up the work space (blown in insulation is a little dusty!) after the job. He did everything he said he would do, and more, and did a great job for us.
Description of Work: We called John to fix a small leak. He showed up as scheduled, climbed up on the roof, fixed the problem and charged us 20 bucks. Easy! We needed to add insulation to our third floor and a roof peak vent, so we asked him to quote that job, too. It was hot as hades in the summer, and we were losing heat in the winter. He gave us an estimate of $2,500, we scheduled the work, he showed up again and did a great job. He opened the spaces to our eaves, removed boards and put sheets of insulation in the flat areas. Then he filled the other areas with environmentally friendly, blown in insulation. We asked about an additional area above our sun room, and he agreed to do that, too, for an additional $200.
