 + -1 moreI initially called on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. They were going to come out in a few hours. The price sould have been $137 for the call. Then the system came back after a couple hours on so I told me not to come. There was no complaint about cancelling the appt. When it happened again on the following business day, I called again. They came out within a few hours. Brian showed me where the drain pipe is and how to clean it myself the next time this happened. This is the same company that installed the system 4 years ago - good prices, polite, responsive.
Description of Work: Technician diagnosed why the system was shutting off for hours at a time, then coming back on... it turned out that the drain pipe was clogged. He used a wet/dry vac to clear the pipe and showed me how to do it myself in the future.

Description of Work: Problem which initiated service call, A/C wasn't cooling. Service person checked Freon levels, which were okay. Discovered coils were covered in thick dust (recently had renovations done, lots of sanding). He cleaned the coils the best he could and advised to have them completely cleaned.
