Terrible! Concrete for drive itself was ok but very sloppy, not cleaned up at all. Driveway where he worked has extra cement let all over it that will now not come off. Concrete for lanai was not level or squared off. One side has a 2-3 inch over hang and the other was the righ size. So when it came to hiring someone for the tiles, his job was a challenge. Like I said the floor was uneven, (this was a 10x13 room) what should of been a 3-4 day job took him 2 weeks to try and make it look best he could with what he had to work. Now the building of lanai...most all the pieces were cut to short because they had a young boy with them who did not know how to measure. So some spots they covered with brackets to hide the space and some were left with a gap. Because the concrete was so uneven the doors are not right. One totally off. One of the kick plates had a gap enough to see daylight so His worker just kept putting screws in it till it was tighter. Really! Now mind you every time I brought something up to the owner of the companies attention his first reply would be a reason why it was like it was, even though you know it's not right from the start. I wanted this room to keep the outside elements out not a shady cool place for them to come in through the holes and cracks. Then "saying we will make it right" when an how?? Now the screening, put in and very loose and crooked, when pointed out owner says it will be ok, no I paid for a job I want it done right. Don't have you worker show up on a motorcycle to change a screen with no ladder and limited tools for the job. While being on the cell phone 95% of the time. So would I recommend no! Still waiting for them 9 days later to resolve issues.

I met with Charles from Four Seasons. I told him that I wanted a lanai built on my front porch that would be built inside the columns and close to the railings. He said no problem we can build it. He drew me up floor plans. I hired them and when I went to see the completed job it was totally different than what we spoke of and the floor plans he gave me. They made changes to the floor plans without even asking me. I tried living with it but then I thought why should I have to settle for something that was different than our contract. I asked them to take it down and redo it according to the floor plans. The owner Jack Hart told me he would not do a thing and too bad I already paid him and to go ahead and sue him. So I took him to small claims court and now have a judgement against him. Do not use this company, they are awful and unprofessional.

Saw their ad in the local Flyer and got an estimate from them as well as a few others. They were not the lowest estimate, but we felt more comfortable with their presentation and credentials than with some of the others. We asked if they could lower their estimate to be closer to another lower estimate and they agreed. They were very good at going over all the options and describing the work prior to scheduling it. The 3-person crew that did the work was very professional and did excellent work. They finished the work in one day and made sure everything was cleaned up when finished. We could not be happier with the finished work.
