Description of Work: Did not show up the first time for our appointment.. Blocked out the afternoon and waited. Did not get a call. Also, told us he would give us an address to look at his work. Did not do that. Said he would leave a quote in our mailbox the first time. He did not. Finally, I called him again. He did come on time and brought a really nice brochure. Prizes were about 20% more than anyone else.

Description of Work: I asked this serice to provide an esitimate on the repair of the pool prior to the closing of the house. Robert was really nice and provided the estimate and advised that it would be a one day job. I scheduled the job for after the closing on Friday August 12. I called to confirm the date for the work to be done and was advised that he could not make it until tuesday between 8-9. He showed up over an hour late and advise that he could not stay as he had a more important job to do. He did leave behind a guy who was pressure washing the pool deck. I did not allow him to complete the rest of the job for fear it would be more of the same run around.

Description of Work: I was not pleased. Initially it looked good but after a couple of months it began to discolor. They kept blaming the pool people. They also came to smooth cracks in deck and the cracks were back within a few months.
