It went extremely well. He was very straight forward about what was necessary, and my pump has been working fine ever since his visit.

They came out within 24hrs after my call and I told them we had no water. He immediately pulled up the pipe and pump to check it's condition. There was some water on the pipe but not enough to run the pump. ( my neighbor's well had gone dry too) . I told him I wanted to upgrade my system and if that didn't work I knew I might have to have a new well drilled. So the job proceeded with replacing everything and when we tried to get water of course,some came out for a few minutes but the table was so low he said we'll wait till tomorrow and see if it comes back up.He returned the next day and much to our relief we got water with wonderful pressure. The job was neat and the guys were professional.

David correctly diagnosed the problem based on the symptoms I described and his own inspection of the well pump tank. He had the replacement equipment in stock, and was able to return and install it within a couple of hours. He thoroughly explained what the problem was, how it most likely occurred and what the appropriate fix would be. Once the equipment was installed and functioning, which required some more diagnosis and maintenance to some of the piping to remove a clog of sediment and rust, he showed me how to adjust the pressure to the cutoff and cut on springs, and how to monitor the air pressure inside the tank to help extend its service life - something no one else have ever told me about.

This service went very well and all work was done as expected. What impressed us about David was that we had an issue with our sprinkler system (which is run by the pump that David installed) and the broken pipe on our sprinkler system caused the pump to loose pressure. David walked us through over the phone how to restore pressure to the pump instead of just coming out and charging us for something that was very easy to fix.

They got me hooked up temporarily with water and came back the next day. When they pulled the pump up, it broke, so he had to go back down to get the pump. They came back a couple of days later to pull the old pump out and installed the new one. They did a good job.

Excellent. I had an irrigation company upgrading my current watering system and my pump was flow tested and was anemic. I needed to replace my pump A S A P, so the system can be calibrated. They responded in under 24 hours and completed all work.

Arrived on time and completed work quickly.

David came out on a Sunday afternoon because we had no water. We had been told it was the pump, but David said the tank is rusted out and that would have to be replaced regardless. He suggested replacing the tank first, then if he had to, he would replace the well pump. Well, he sure was right. He saved us a lot of money. He did all the work within 2 hours, and we had water.

They did what they said they were going to do. They were efficient and well mannered. We were pleased w with their services.

They didn't wrap the wires like they were supposed to. Dave came out himself to make sure everything was done right.

Informed us about all the work that needed to be completed up front. Showed up on time and finished the work quickly. When there was a problem with the first pump installed (leaking), it was replaced without any question the next day.

I called David on a Saturday and explained we had no water. He told me a few things to do, first before requiring his assistance. He was very honest, and it turned out I really needed his help. He came out within the hour. He did a very good job and answered phone calls and all my questions. He has a partner. They were awesome! Thanks, Dave!
