If I could give more stars I would! From start to finish it has been an absolute pleasure to work with the team at Brandon Electric! Tori was so kind and helpful, communication is so important and she really stayed on top of it! The job I had for them was tricky and outdated and David and Gio made the impossible happen! They really took the time to find a way to fix the issue and it was completed within the hour! The kindness, dedication and professionalism of this team is truly outstanding! I cannot thank them enough and will continue to sing their praises! 100 out of 10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!! Soooo many thanks you to Tori, David & Gio!

We originally had a great experience with the company. This time, not so much. They came out to do the job and didn't have the proper equipment even though we had someone come on site to provide a quote. We then got 3 different iterations of a quote and finally on the second attempt they came in to move a light fixture and to install the light. They did good work and the technicians were great, however the technicians charged me one amount to only get a follow up from the office stating that it was more money than the technicians charged me. To me, this is a complete bait and switch. I would not trust any quote you get from the company because they are liable to just change the amount from what the technicians charge you after the service was completed. I will not ever do business with them again!

We contracted with Brandon Electric on 02/04/2019 for a 22KW generac standby generator with an install date of 2/22/19 On 05/28 2019 they brought the generator And collected $7,000.00. They came back on 05/29/2019 to finish the install and collected the balance of $4,322.78 and activated our warranty BEFORE they started it up to ensure it works. They have been out to my home twice to see if they could get it to work. They even called Generac who sent people out 3 times now who cannot get it working. We talked with Nester the office manager on 06/27/2019 who stated he talked with the owner and it would be a week from today before they would have the new replacement ready for delivery and install. I called him back when I realized he was talking about July 4 and wanted to ensure he meant 07/04/2019. However we received no return call. Today (06/28/2019) Michelle from Brandon Electric states they will not replace it since the warranty is active we must keep trying to fix it!.....really? (Yes I know I’m partially at fault here for paying the balance before it was running, however we had used this company many times before without any issues). Very poor customer service and communication Would not recommend this company every again. I am reporting to BBB, etc. they deserve (0) zero stars

On time, wonderful techs.....definitely using them in the future....PS - Do Not Even Think About Mr. Sparky (although who wants to use someone with that name for electrical work?)- whata rip off!

Contacted Brandon Electric via the messaging app on Angie’s List. Provided a description of what I wanted and ended my message with “I’m not sure if you provide estimates, but if you do, I’d appreciate one.” They responded quickly asking for contact information so they could schedule an appointment with me. I called them up and they told me it would be $45 for the service call and if I used their services they would apply the $45 towards the bill. Clearly I made the mistake of not specifying I was interested in a FREE estimate. I thought it was understood.

Went great - Wyatt and JJ were courteous and knowledgeable. They assessed the issue and found the root cause of wiring issues and fixed the issue on the spot.

Luis and JJ from Brandon Electric arrived ahead of schedule after checking with us to ensure it was ok. They advised me of the estimate and asked if ok to proceed.. They promptly and expertly troubleshot the problems and made the repairs expeditiously. They applied the Angie’s list discount and were extremely friendly and courteous. What a pleasure to work with techs like these. Would recommend them to anyone got electrical work!

Carlos Hernandez and Aaron were great, answered the many questions that me and my grand daughter (3yrs) had. Work done professionally, showed up on time did the work in several hours

I called a few others and I am getting estimates with out having to pay.

I was told someone would come out and do the work between 1-3pm same day, so I bought the $225 coupon. They came out and said they cannot do it, it needs to be scheduled a few days later. They told me it would be $570 to do the job. I had someone that can do it next week for $500, but I was willing to pay $70 more and already had bought the coupon. They came out today and did the work and say now that $570 is due and the coupon was already applied. They didn’t tell me that when they quoted, just said $570 was the total, so $345 should have been due. Manager there said sorry for the confusion but you still owe all the money. I was mislead and ripped off for $225, beware, find someone honest to do your job for you. Classic bait and switch.

Great, Andrew and Mike figured out the issue and replaced necessary outlets that were causing the issue. We are back up and running again! Thank you so much Andrew and Mike.

It went very well. The Technician was professional and the work was done with precision.

First appointment was canceled on the day off. Even before they touch they quoted us $160 for diagnosis? We didn't know that. Very misleading. We thought, $45 they charge which they waived for canceling first appointment would include diagnosis.

Outlet was installed in a closet. Job was done well.

Installed two ceiling fans and did a great job.

Chris the technician was punctual, polite and very professional. There was an unforeseen issue with the structure of my ceiling which would have cost a lot more money to install than I was willing to pay so I did not have the job done. I would however call this company again for any future electrical needs.

Went great, Jeff and his helper were very professional and installed the power box in a short amount of time.

I would highly recommend Brandon Electric, and they will be my new go to company for my electrical needs. The technician was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He showed me exactly what needed to be done, and recommended one additional service that would ensure no additional issues. He also took a look at my main electrical panel, and was honest when he told me that at this time, I do not need a new one, but he did recommend that in the next few years, I save up funds to have a newer electrical panel put in. He could have just said that I needed a new one, and taken my money from me. Instead he was honest with me, and like he said, he could have just said it needed to be done, but he prefers to be honest, and keep me as a customer, and hope that when I have saved my money, that I would call them. I absolutely will!

Yes, I would use them again if I needed to. The work they did exceeded my expectations. There is nothing they need to work on in the future, I was quite pleased.

They were pretty good. They were very thorough. They explained everything that was to be done. They explained the extra cost that I was going to incur because of some of the work that was being done. They did it very professionally. That was my very first experience with them.
