Eric, provided outstanding and very expeditious service, on 3 of our home computers. He always takes the time to explain the problem in detail and your cost options. He's very personable and can even remote into your computer and in many circumstances perform remote maintenance. He's extremely reasonable for the time and effort he commits to the job. His service has been so valuable to me, that I'm taking the time to add him to Angie's list (a site, he probably doesn't even know about), so others can value from his excellent customer service.
Description of Work: Secured wireless network, repaired hard drive riddled with viruses, installed dvd writer, installed new hard drive and additional memory.
