Description of Work: Here are the reasons for my variable and less than excellent ratings: |I am a second home owner as a home in Lake Placid, FL. |I rent home to small families when I am not using the home. |My cleaning person told me the Spa was leaking. |I called the service provider to diagnose & hopefully repair the hot tub/Spa. They are the "only game in town". |I spoke with a tech and his service manager on a Thursday AM. They quoted me a fee of $75 for the service. The tech said he would try to inspect it that day or one of the following days. He would telephone me when he was there. |After work the next day, Fri.,I listened to a message from a female quoting various and other fees. I had not heard from the tech yet. |I telephoned the company to follow up after the week end on Monday. |I spoke with the female and learned that she unilaterally cancelled the visit by the tech, and that I had to have a new appointment, WHICH WOULD BE THE FOLLOWING MONDAY!!! |Okay, what is wrong with these people???? I had comfort after speaking with the Tech and his supervisor. Who was this female who cancelled my appointment? I do not care if she is the company owner. ONE HAND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE HAND IS DOING. |Finally the tech called me and said the spa was cracked and told me some additional information to help me. He also said his company doesn't do the type of repair required. I told him to send me his invoice to my gmail account and i would promptly remit the $75. |I am still waiting & it's been over a month. I did get a call from someone on my voice mail that was a repair report for someone else's spa. |Normally, I would call a vender about the $$ I owe them, but I have never worked with a company so internally confused, I will either await the email invoice or I will go to their store and meet personally face to face & let them know how screwed up they are.

Description of Work: We purchased a pre owned Hot Tub, Spas Pools & Patio delivered it, set it up, Sourced an electrician, and supplied advice on a concrete construction company to install a concrete pad. We Canadian and relied on their experience.
