Where supports were available the soffit was screwed down.

I had tried to set up an appointment with them a couple of weeks ago, and they never got back to me. I called them again today, and they said that they would call me back later today. After a few hours went by, I called them again, and this time was informed that the boss was out of town, and they would not be able to call me back until Monday.

Wow This Guy was incredible everything that he said he delivered. We hired him to build new pool cage and he took the project and ran helping us complete entire project. From new pool to new concrete . He had electricians and air conditioning people at his disposal. Great Guy To have in charge of Your project

They did a nice job on the porch. The window job was not extensive as they led me to believe. Since I had signed the contract I ended up paying too much. Instead of doing what I though they were going to do they just installed the windows in the space of the old ones. They made a simple job out of it.

When the work was done, it first failed inspection. K Aluminum fixed the problem and the roof passed inspection with Highlands County, Roof looked good and keeps sun off of patio. Insulated roof does keep the heat from coming into the house. PROBLEM is that when it rains, the ROOF LEAKS!!!!!!!! The company came back 3 time to fix the problem and I was told that it could not fix the problem becauses there is a problem with my roof on my house. I contacted a roof company who did a inspection of the house roof. The roof of the house doesn't have any problems. K Aluminum still will not respond to my calls. I went to the building department who did the county inspection. The county inspector has been in contact with the owner of K Aluminum (Ken). Ken has indicated that he would fix the problem but NO ONE has contacted me. This has been going on for 2 years and the leaks are getting worse. I do have pictures to back up my complaint.
