 + -1 moreMy cable bill for a triple play package kept creeping up. I called to complain and ask for an explanation and was transferred to their loyalty department. After discussion Comcast gave me a new plan with better services and lower cost for a year. Also told me people don't know they can renegotiate their service package if the cost becomes too high. This was a refreshing experience for me with Comcast.
Description of Work: Lowered my rate and added service.

Description of Work: This company is very expensive for servicing you. They charge you for every little thing. They mailed me a cable box for us to set up. Got it set it up called for activation. After on and off the phone for 2 days and no activation called told them to send someone out to check the box. Their box was bad, so he replaced it and we were charged 39.95 plus tax because their equipment didn't work, and their technicians couldn't tell it was bad. Plus we were charged 9.95 for the shipping of the bad box. We have used this company for over 20 years. The service is getting worse each time we have to deal with them. I am so sorry I didn't use another company for my needs. Currently Will never use this company again.
