+ -1 moreEverything went very well with the cleaning, and the guys were personable and went to work! Only small glitch was in getting the appointment time confirmed after I requested date and time. I don't live in the condo unit and needed to be sure they would be there at the requested time--had to call back when I didn't hear from them. They did have the appointment, however, showed up and did a good job. Had used them before and will use them again.
Description of Work: In high-rise condo building, they cleaned carpeting in 3 rooms, a 9 x 9 area rug, 2 small carpet pieces (entry mats), and 4 dining chair cushions.

+ -1 moreThey did not try to talk us into additional services and honored the coupon I had. Our carpet looked 100% better and was dry in a short amount of time. The chemicals used are much better for your carpet than using a lot of water. I would definitely recommend Chem Dry of Highlands County.
Description of Work: We have used this local carpet cleaner for a number of years and have never been disappointed. Their prices are very reasonable and they do a great job. The owner always does the job himself and is very professional.
