+ -1 moreAfter waiting two months for an appointment, then another three weeks for the design and estimate, I asked for some suggestions to replace plants toxic to dogs (some fatal). After another five days, the response was basically "It's a small job, we can't be bothered to listen to your request, if you don't like it, too bad."

+ -1 moreFrom start to finish everything went well. We had an estimate from another contractor and we decided to get another quote. Rock City Gardens is considered high end so we were afraid they were going to be out of our price range. The quote came in quite a bit less than the one we already had. They also provided hardscape design suggestions and suggested a different material and configuration from what we originally thought we were going to use.
