The quick version... They knocked it out of the park! Prices were right. Service was exceptional. And, they stepped up when they didn't have to, thus saving the day for us. The longer version... From the start, beginning with the initial phone call, the team at Mr. Plumber were professional, enthusiastic, and helpful. They followed through every step of the way. They were punctual and efficient. And, if all they did were those things, they'd be great and we'd hire them again in a heartbeat. But, what's driving me to write this review was that they did something unexpectedly extraordinary. When another contractor was unwilling and/or unable to do a job that was needed in order to continue their installation - and made it clear that under no circumstances would they be responsible - Mr. Plumber stepped up and saved us. They got to our house super fast and got the job done. If they hadn't, I can't even imagine the hassle, headaches, and costs that would have been associated with the other contractor stopping their work that day and returning another. Our kitchen would have been left ripped up and unusable for how long? Thanks to Mr. Plumber, we didn't need to live through that nightmare scenario. I won't be recommending the other contractor, but I will wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Plumber to anyone and everyone who will listen. Oh, and they didn't even charge us for the emergency call. Winning! Their prices were perhaps more than fair in our favor. Thanks for everything, Mr. Plumber!

I'm very pleased! This is my 3rd or 4th service with them and I'm never disappointed.

I had asked for an estimate from another plumber about a year ago when they were here doing other work. They told me they would have to tear down the drywall inside to get to the hose bib. Ryan from Mr. Plumber was able to fix it from the outside. He had to rig it with caulking because the new bib was different from the old so it didnt look the best, but it's behind a bush and he didn't have to tear into the wall! so that's all ok by me! Ryan was also very nice and coridal and told me what he intended to do before he did it. He did warn me about the difference from the old hose bib so I had a chance to cancel the work- but I didn't care since he didn't have to destroy the inside wall!!!

We have now used Mr. Plumber on three occasions and couldn't be happier. Ryan calls ahead, keeps appointments and does the work he's agreed to do effectively. Totally excellent.

He did a good job. He has a good price. The guy was friendly and stuff. He was knowledgeable. He did his services and I was pleased with his services. He showed up and everything was good. I would call him again.

We called Wednesday afternoon because the water was backing up into the shower and the commode was gurgling. We requested and got an appointment the next morning. The plumber actually came early (unheard of!!) and was able to find the correct clean out, snake it, and our problem was solved. The plumber was friendly, helpful, and I would recommend him.

He is great and wonderul. His prices are great. He is efficiant, knowledgable, and punctual. He went above and beyond and even helped up get our heavy, cast iron bathtub upstairs. We are very happy with his services. I would higly recommend him to anybody and everybody. My mother has even hired him for work at her home.

I had a CVP pipe running for over a day. I called and he came over as quickly as he could. He took a look at it and went underneath my home. He went to the store and returned immediately to fix it. He is a man of integrity. I would never hesitate to call him. My grandkids used to drop toys in the toilet and he would unclog it. He is always fair and honest in his price. He treats every job like it is equally important. He doesn't get upset about coming out for little things. He is a very good guys.

They were great to us. Came quickly so we could keep our project on track. Recommendeda beautiful new drai n for our shower to replace our ugly old standard versino. They were professional, friendly, and did everything quickly and well. We will certainly use them again for all our plumbing needs.

He did several little jobs and he got all of them done within an hour. He was very efficient. He was very reasonably priced and he responded quickly to my call. I would definitely use him again and I was very satisfied.

We discovered water leaking from the water heater in the garage, checked Angies list for a local plumber and settled on Mr. Plumber due to the excellent rating. By the time that I called that morning it was too late for their technician to pick up a new 40 gal. unit from their supplier that day, but when I suggested that I could buy one at Home Depot and have it ready for their installer they told me immediately that would be OK. I was given an over-the-phone estimate of about two hours and the charge would be $75 per hour plus parts. Brian arrived late in the afternoon but just about the time that I was quoted. The office also called me about 30 minutes in advance as I had requested to let me know that he was on his way from his last job. Brian removed the old heater, cleaned up the puddle, and installed the new one. He also added additional valves that I requested. Extra piping was needed because the new heater was a different size and dimension. The whole job was done in 2 hours as estimated, all extraneous materials including the old heater were removed, and the final charge for time + extra piping and valves + tax = $187. BTW, the fixed charge from the Home Depot on-call contractor was $249 + parts and tax (I asked when I picked up the heater). Brian did a professional job and cleaned-up all the mess when he was done. I recommend Mr. Plumber to everyone.

For some reason I had 3 separate communication problems (my fault, receptionist, or combo?) with Mr. Plumber but once an understanding was reached he went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer in every way. His work was excellent. He was neat and professional. An overall nice guy with what I think is a small family business. He even advised my husband on other future plumbing repairs we could do on our own. Overall a positive experience.

I was having the tub reglazed and needed the drain replaced and leak fixed. This is a great company -- on time, and excellent prices. I'll use them all the time.

They did a great job on the work they did, plus he was very polite and responsive. I had a few other problems pop up because it is an old house and he came right out to help. And when I had a problem he didn't try to up-sell me on any unnecessary work. They always showed up when they were supposed to.
