Everything was fine; basically the reason I picked him was that I happened to work with his wife so knew that he would give me a fair deal. He came out twice for me and I will use him again in the future.

first he came out and said it would be $80. service call that would cover the first hour then $50. an hour after that I said fine please fix the ac. After he took the air handler apart he said it needed to be cleaned and it would cost me $380.00 to clean the coils. I felt I had no choice but to say yes seeing how my ac was now in pieces. It took him a half an hour to clean them and he was ready to leave total time 1 1/2 hours, the cost not the $130. he originally told me but now it was $380.00 and it broke down two days later. I called him back seeing how he had charged me so much for so little I had to end up getting a new outside unit which was about $1600.00

The installation went perfectly and on time. I was most impressed when after 22 months there was a problem with the A/C unit and Mike honored the 2 year warranty on labor and the 5 year on parts, even though he no longer offers a 2 year labor warranty. My tenets called me on a hot Florida summer Saturday because the A/C went out and Mike was there bright and early Sunday morning to get the A/C pumping cold air again! At no cost!
