I gave Mark a call and we arranged to meet up so that I could drop my laptop off to him. He started working on it right away and his schedule allowed him to turn it around the next day. He found some viruses on the computer and got the speakers to work. He cleaned out the mouse button and got it working again as well. We have pets and some pet hair was blocking the mouse button from working properly. Overall Mark did a great job. I will be using Mark for any other computer repairs that we need in the future. I would highly recommend him. Bill

Mark is extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. He is also very honest and hardworking. He had also done some work on my old computer and was very helpful in my selecting and purchasing a new one. He is always punctual, and will never overcharge. I just cannot say enough good things about this man.

After another alleged computer networking expert was unable to fix my networking problems, I called Mark. He arrived about 4 hours later (!!) and within 1-1/2 hours, he had completely set up my networking system! It has never worked better. AND - he didn't leave my house until every single device on my system was working. The price he charged was far LESS than a big box store had charged me the day before - and the work was FAR superior. Mark had a positive attitude from the moment he arrived at my house, "Oh - we'll get it fixed" he said several times while I was pulling my hair out with worry. He communicated what he was doing the entire time - and also educated me on several aspects of a networking system ("Always be sure you buy cables that say CAT 5e on them.") Mark will be my computer repair man from now on!!
