Prompt service. Happy with the level of customer service when calling the office. It was really windy the day they were suppose to come but I called the office to reschedule for the safety of their team member. I asked the office when they could come out as I did not want someone on the roof during that kind of wind. They were able to come out first thing in a Saturday and get it done! Hard to get anyone who will do service on a weekend.

I WANT TO THANK JAMES AND HIS STAFF, FROM JL MIDAS BREATHE KLEEN AIRE FOR THE EXCELLENT WORK INSTALLING MY NEW HVAC SYSTEM. JAMES RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY TO MY REQUEST FOR HELP AND IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM WITH MY HVAC SYSTEM, WHICH WAS ONLY 5 YEARS OLD AND WAS INSTALLED BY A COMPANY THAT WAS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS. HE IMMEDIATELY ASSESSED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND WHAT THE SOLUTION WOULD BE. I FOUND HIM TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, AS WELL AS, FRIENDLY AND PERSONABLE, ANSWERING MY NUMEROUS QUESTIONS. HIS STAFF WORKED LONG HOURS IN UNBEARABLE HEAT. THEY WERE ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. JAMES HANDLED ANY OBSTACLE THAT OCCURRED IN A POSITIVE AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I FOUND HIS PRICE TO BE WITHIN REASON FOR THE SCOPE OF THE WORK THAT WAS NEEDED TO BE DONE. HE ALSO HANDLED ALL THE PAPER WORK AND WARRANTEES FOR THE NEW SYSTEM. I WOULD RATE HIM â 5 STARS â AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. HE IS A GREAT RESOURCE PERSON TO KNOW FOR CONTACTS TO VARIOUS TRADESMEN IF YOU EVER NEED THEM. FINALLY, I WANT TO THANK HIS WIFE LAURIE FOR THE DELICIOUS COOKIES. JL MIDAS BREATHE KLEEN AIRE IS TRULY A FAMILY BUSINESS.

They were available the next day and I was their first appointment. Cole did great work cleaning a completely blocked dryer vent. He was in and out in 30 minutes.
