While the attitude of the first tech and the office staff was great, the attitude of the tech who came back to fix the issues that failed the city inspection was bad. The technicians who installed the air conditioning unit should have caught the issues that originally failed the inspection but they did not (holes in the ductwork leading away from the new unit, not leveling the outside unit, not wrapping the condensing line, etc). Not impressed!

Great quality work for the money. Very easy process from the first call, to scheduling, to the actual service. Will add to my preferred vendors list!

Prompt response & scheduling. Ours was a big job of 31 vents which took 5 hours. Team of four never stopped & were very courteous. Inspection of 2 HVAC systems showed that replacement was necessary in one & we were able to get that done, the next day!! Highly recommend this business. Thank you!

I used Breathe Kleen Air for two services, duct cleaning and then duct replacement. When old ducts were taken out, worker and I could both clearly see an inch thick layer of dust and gunk inside one of the return air ducts that was supposed to have been cleaned literally THE WEEK BEFORE. Since we ultimately had those ducts removed, the problem is that we didn't get the thorough service we had been expecting. (Which, I'd have believed WAS thorough except for what I saw when the ducts came out.) In retrospect, I wish I had just decided to replace ducts from the beginning and had skipped the duct cleaning. The duct replacement went well and I appreciated the care the crew took inside our home. The price for the duct replacement was about 20% better than the other quote I got.
