"I loved the customer service, their in home pro's were personable, professional and efficient and paid attention to detail.

They explain everything in regular people terminology so you can understand it better. Their actions show me that they care about their customers. I will be keeping their card and name for a ver long time.

I had my ductwork removed and replaced during 90 degree weather. They had my air back on in two days which was faster than anticipated and even brought in a portable unit for me to use. Despite the heat this crew was polite and cheerful. They were hard working,knowledgeable and accommodating A pleasant experience from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this conpany

Breathe Kleen Air did an outstanding, professional job of installing a new central air system for our house. They were able to quickly come out to the house to provide us with an estimate for the cost of the new system and within 3 hours of us deciding on them to do the installation they had their technicians at the home with the new system ready to go to work. Their technicians did a great job and left the worksite cleaner then when they started the job.

The owner (I forget his name) and another came out as scheduled. They sold me on a complete system replacement (10 yr P&L helped), called the office and had it installed by that evening. Work quality good, crew cleaned up everything, made sure I was satisfied before they left.

The young men arrived on time and were very mehodical in cleaning ducts of air conditioning and dryer. This job was really hard because of the long buildup of dust and dog hair. I would jave them come more frequently in the future.

They took the time to explain things to me. They cleaned up. They worked quickly and efficiently. I was skeptical when I called for a cleaning and ended up with a whole new system but my house is up for sale now for more than I expected. The house is virtually dust free.

Dawn explained the duct work procedure, gave me pricing and set up an appointment the next day between 10-12.At 10:40, Jonathan had the courtesy to let me know they were running behind and would it be okay for them to call me when they were on their way. They were actually only 7 minutes behind schedule. Jose explained how the cleaning procedure worked and then patiently re-explained it again when it was obvious I hadn't understood it before. Jonathan went to the attic to check insulation and assured me it was good and done properly. They gave me advice on maintaining my air conditioner in good repair and where to purchase an odd shaped filter. They were both very professional, pleasant and very patient with my overly excitable dog. Will definitely call Breathe Kleen for future HVAC needs. Thank you, HomeAdvisor for the service you provide. They were prompt, professional, and went beyond what they were supposed to do, installing all my new air vent covers so they could complete the job. (I did not realize they needed the vents shut to create a strong suction effect out from a single vent.). They were tidy, cleaning up after themselves. And priced very reasonably for the service provided.

James the owner of the company was at my house in less than 20 minutes and got me up and running. Unfortunately my 12 year old unit is going to need replaced soon. Will definitely be hiring them to do the replacement. He showed me everything and showed me what was going on with my system. Great customer service and extremely speedy service.
