Fast and professional service. Plan to replace rest of carpet in spring and will definitely have them do it. They were very careful with baseboard and walls. Carpet was installed in about 4 hours. Excellent workmanship, and skilled installation. They cleaned up well after they had installed carpet.

I contacted Julie Farmer to request a quote on a large tile job. Due to allergies and chemical sensitivities, their work and their products (thin set, grout, crack filler, etc) had to be allergy friendly and low voc. Julie went above and beyond the normal level of service to investigate various products and provide alternatives, and adjusted her quote several times. Although their pricing was competitive, I was unfortunately unable to accomodate the underlayment required as a crack filler. Consequently, no work was done. I do recommend this company based on their professionalism and customer service.

Tom the sales person did a excellent job,in helping us choose the tile for our kitchen. Even brought samples to our home. Installers were very good - hard workers and for the most part arrived at the given time.

We absolutely love this company. They are so customer service oriented. They are so friendly and come when they say. I told him I would make a commercial for him! He thought that was very funny. They are professional and excellent. Mickey is a great asset to their company. I had once mentioned that I was needing the grout redone for my bathroom, and he found someone for me at a low rate. This was not a regular part of their business, but they went out of their way for us.

They were really good; the service was good and the price was good for the tile I got. It was a special order and they got the tile in very fast. They called when they got it in and they referred me to a good tile installer. He was a nice person and did a superb job. Their price was excellent; I checked around and theirs was the best price. I really liked the company and if I have any more work I need done I’ll go back to them.

Tom was able to get us carpet in a 15 foot roll, which suited our space much better than the typical 12 foot roll. We requested the upgraded carpet pad. When the installers arrived, they initially installed the lower grade of padding. When we called Tom, we were able to straighten out the misunderstanding and the installlers replaced the padding with the upgrade.Once installed, the carpet looks great. i would definitely recommend this business for its great service.

We chose to visit Jerry Smith's Floooring and Design Center after reading the reviews on Angie's List and are happy we did. Julie really knows her business and gave us excellent advice on the tile to purchase and the repair of the rug. She came to our place to help us choose the grout, room separators and rug repair and her advice was invaluable. She was so professional and helpful that we knew this was the right pace to go and that we would be in good hands until the job was completed. Eddie and his crew of tilers were top notch and were perfectionists and we would recommend Eddie to anyone. He is the best. And Michael who did the rug repair did an outstanding job and it looks like new. Also, we would recommend him to anyone. We are big fans of Angie's list and they are right on in their ratings of Jerry Smith's. Top notch in every way.
