Eminence Hair Salon

I had gone in two weeks earlier to get a estimate of exactly what that perm would cost. I told her I wanted curl not wave. I came out of there with not even a loose body wave. It looks like a perm that's 2 years old. The rides they used were something I'd ever seen before and I've been getting per since I was 5 years old it took her only 45 minutes to curl my whole head which usually took three to four hours she put way too much hair on the rides but assured me that I would have curls. Then after there was nothing else I can do the owner tried to charge me $20 for blow drying $20 for trimming in $25 for product used. I was quoted $135 for the whole entire process I've never been charged separately for a trim products or blow-drying with a permanent. So $135 perm ended up being $195 I was talked to horribly I cried because my hair wasn't even close to what she told me it would be. I don't even call this a body wave and there's absolutely no curl. Tina is the stylist she had no clue about questions I asked her she kept assuring me that I would be satisfied and that I would have curl actually tight curls. And then the owner tries to rape me with charges for things that are already included in a perm. I'm not only ****** but I'm broken-hearted and I'm hurt and a woman's hair is her Pride add to pay that kind of money to be this dissatisfied and you have no care about it is unacceptable so please women do not go to the salon they are completely uneducated apparently Beyond a haircut or a color. But they had no business reassuring me over and over and over that I would be happy with my results and then when I wasn't they did not care and I still had to pay that huge amount of money to walk out of there in tears so just a warning please don't go there

I have never written s review for a hair salon befor e, but going to Eminence I feel I should the salon is very upscale and clean and so relaxing. Itzia is AWSOME at doing hair color, she listens and does what u ask. She is very knowledgable about color, I will go back to get my hair down I am so glad I found her.ade it a Beautiful blonde

Itzea has been cutting my hair since August 2005 and I have no plans of changing stylists! Her talent is amazing but she's also a beautiful, honest person. I love her taste in design and usually go with it yet she allows you to have say-so on your own style (my advice, stick to her ideas! ha). She even likes it when you bring in a photo of what you want her to do which insults some stylists. I've seen her do a beautiful job on all types of hair, does men and women, and is amazing with color. She carries a great line of products and will offer advice on what will help you but is never pushy. The final touch for me is the wonderful Keurig coffee and chocolates she makes available to her customers! Go see Itzea. You'll love her.

Itzia Sherwood runs the place herself and I just think that she can work miracles for most people. Whether it's a cut or a color and style, she is just really, really good. She takes her time with each person. Her price maybe a little high but she is worth it.
