Not only did he do fantastic work but he is diligent with communication, is detail-oriented, charges fair rates and truly cares about the works he does. He is the type of professional that goes above and beyond that is a rare find. I highly recommend Jim and won't ever use anyone else.

Description of Work: Jim is extremely thorough and did an excellent job on the carpet! We have a 70lb. lab, and some unfortunate stains due to the dog. We were ready to get a new carpet, but Jim was able to get the stains out! We will definitely be using Eco Earth regularly now! Thank you Jim! :)
