Description of Work: About six months ago we were having problems with our water heater/recirculating pump. The plumber that came out at the time (different company, contracted through a home-repair guarantee agency) fixed the issue, or so we thought. When the problem resurfaced again last week (hot water for no more than 5-10 minutes before turning cold), we called Conroy plumbing to take a look at the situation. | |The recirculating pump was clogged (again, only six months later, and evidently clogged by soldering material back when the previous plumber had put it in) and there was a problem with the water heater's element. These problems were diagnosed quickly and professionally, and it was also made very clear to us that the more expensive option we'd been considering (installing a second water heater) was overkill. | |What I particularly liked was that they *listened* to us, listened to the problems we were experiencing, and worked from there to diagnose the problem. They were also punctual, professional, and polite, which is always a plus. :)

Description of Work: Hooked up new sink, faucet, garbage disposal and dishwasher

Description of Work: Conroy Plumbing Inc has done all of our plumbing like cleaning out water line when there was sand on it, has put new pumps on well, pumped outside, done four shut off valves because they were off and had them changed and plumbing in kitchen.
