He cam out as arranged. gave me a verbal quote and said he had to check with the city. A couple of weeks later after several texts and voicemails by me he finally gave me the city info. Ok, I was all set to accept his quote and give him the job but I first needed to see a written quote. It never happened. I left several voicemails and texts but received no response. He mossed out on several thousand dollars of work I was prepared to give him but the trust value went out the window. Not going to hire someone and they never show up or call me back. Thing happen but you need to keep in touch with your potential customers. This is bad business practices. Cannot trust they would show up or finish a job. I would be cautious giving a deposit too. Glad I didn't hire him. Needs to learn how to manage customers better and CALL THEM BACK!!!!"
