Prompt service. Happy with the level of customer service when calling the office. It was really windy the day they were suppose to come but I called the office to reschedule for the safety of their team member. I asked the office when they could come out as I did not want someone on the roof during that kind of wind. They were able to come out first thing in a Saturday and get it done! Hard to get anyone who will do service on a weekend.

JAMES RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY TO MY REQUEST FOR HELP AND IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM WITH MY HVAC SYSTEM, WHICH WAS ONLY 5 YEARS OLD AND WAS INSTALLED BY A COMPANY THAT WAS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS. HE IMMEDIATELY ASSESSED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND WHAT THE SOLUTION WOULD BE. I FOUND HIM TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, AS WELL AS, FRIENDLY AND PERSONABLE, ANSWERING MY NUMEROUS QUESTIONS. HIS STAFF WORKED LONG HOURS IN UNBEARABLE HEAT. THEY WERE ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. JAMES HANDLED ANY OBSTACLE THAT OCCURRED IN A POSITIVE AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. They were available the next day and I was their first appointment. Cole did great work cleaning a completely blocked dryer vent. He was in and out in 30 minutes.
