The guys came on time and were very professional and respectful. They completed the job thoroughly with the premium package. We were charged the cost that we agreed on over the phone with no hidden fees and that always makes me happier. I'd definitely used them again.

I used Breathe Kleen Air for two services, duct cleaning and then duct replacement. When old ducts were taken out, worker and I could both clearly see an inch thick layer of dust and gunk inside one of the return air ducts that was supposed to have been cleaned literally THE WEEK BEFORE. Since we ultimately had those ducts removed, the problem is that we didn't get the thorough service we had been expecting. (Which, I'd have believed WAS thorough except for what I saw when the ducts came out.) In retrospect, I wish I had just decided to replace ducts from the beginning and had skipped the duct cleaning. The duct replacement went well and I appreciated the care the crew took inside our home. The price for the duct replacement was about 20% better than the other quote I got.

We only waited one day for an appointment, Mike and Chris arrived on time, were friendly, well mannered, explained our situation involving the cleaning of our AC ducts, and worked diligently to satisfy us. We couldn't ask for better help.

James was very professional in knowing what I needed for the square footage of my home. We spoke on Friday afternoon and his workers were here the next morning at 9:30 ready to install my new A/C and heat exchanger. By 3:00 they were done and ready to leave. The workers Removed all the boxes and broken A/C units.

We hired this company to clean the vents and do a tune up on our A/C unit. After the work was completed it was unbearably hot in our home and the AC was not working. I texted the owner, and he said the coils were bad and the unit needed replacing. We hired another company to come out and were told it did not appear that a tune up had been done and that the lines were clogged so it could not blow cold air. We had them do the work, and they got the AC working. Now we are out the $400.00 we paid Breathe clean plus the $225 to the company who actually fixed our unit. Just wish they were more interested in fixing our unit than trying to sell us a new one, so I would not have to leave this review.

They were very prompt, communicative, knowledgeable, and able to complete the job within two days of the date I called.

James was very helpful and answered my questions. Crew arrived as scheduled and did what we agreed to which included a couple of other items I wanted done since they were here.

They were timely and did a great job even with all this coronavirus insanity we're experiencing.
