Breathe Kleen Air

My only concern is: I had an additional AC vent added. The used what I considered a way to large of an outlet for the size the room. There is very very little air coming from the vent. The used a 5 inch duct, and air should come pouring out the vent. The 4 inch bathroom vents blow like crazy. The room is still warmer that I would like because of the lack of air. For the money i spent for the duct, I really feel I didn't get what I paid for. I may have another company come in to see what can be done to fix it. I have not been up in my attic to see the final re-insulate job. I went to an R-38 upgrade and I can am relying on them to have done a proper job. So far, I haven't noticed any difference in the run time of my AC. I was hoping that the added insulation would keep the AC from running as often as it does.

While the attitude of the first tech and the office staff was great, the attitude of the tech who came back to fix the issues that failed the city inspection was bad. The technicians who installed the air conditioning unit should have caught the issues that originally failed the inspection but they did not (holes in the ductwork leading away from the new unit, not leveling the outside unit, not wrapping the condensing line, etc). Not impressed!

Great quality work for the money. Very easy process from the first call, to scheduling, to the actual service. Will add to my preferred vendors list!

Prompt response & scheduling. Ours was a big job of 31 vents which took 5 hours. Team of four never stopped & were very courteous. Inspection of 2 HVAC systems showed that replacement was necessary in one & we were able to get that done, the next day!! Highly recommend this business. Thank you!
