They're really good.? We used them when we were in Vero as well before we moved to this house.? They're really good and we've done business with them.? They had warehouses that we rented from them.? We just have known them for a while.? They're very trustworthy. We thought their pricing was fair at the time.? We didn't go anywhere else because we liked them.? ?Definitely would use them again.? They're very fair in their pricing, they're prompt, they're professional, they show up when they say they are going to and I believe at the time we felt like we were getting a good deal.

They were very prompt as we have their service plan, but their quote for replacing the A/C system was much higher than other competitors.

I called at 10:25 AM and the service tech was here before noon as promised. He came in and immediately found the problem - the drain had backed up triggering a shutoff sensor. Obviously he could have told me anything and charged me a bunch of money, but he made the fix quickly. I asked to have a maintenance agreement and he did a general checkup of my A/C and pronounced it in good shape. I then asked if he could install a programmable thermostat that I had purchased and he said yes and that it could be installed then - it would not require another service call. All tasks were completed quickly and the tech was very professional and of good humor. Obviously I would use Barker HVAC again since I entered into a maintenance agreement. I have not received a bill for the service, but the maintenance agreement was 129 for 2 checkups / year, eliminated service call charge and no over time pay would be charged and15% off parts. I would definitely recommend Barker HVAC and will use them in the future.

We called Barker and within about 15 minutes, the technician called us back. After explaining that our A/C wasn't working, he was over our home in about 20 minutes. He fixed the A/C in roughly 30 minutes. Only a little over an hour from start to finish! Dave was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using them again should anything happen to our A/C! Thank you so much for being available on a hot Sunday morning! We really appreciate it! :)

Moved into a condo and turned on the air conditioner and found water on the carpets. The problem was diagnosed quickly and corrected. The hose was replaced and all water rmoved and the area was left very clean.

i live in Virginia part of the year and received a call from our condo manager that one of the A/C systems was out. I called Todd at Barker and after getting my ok he took care of the rest. After I got back to town, Todd went over the work they had done and only after I was satisfied did they send me a final bill. Great company that I highly recommend.

As a non-resident of a condo unit 1500 miles from my residence, I can report that the work has been done and seems to be working well.

We called on Kevin to come in and deal with a number of plumbing issues that had been identified by our house inspector prior to our closing. He arrived early, surveyed the needed work, offered an estimate - which we approved - and completed all the work the same day. He was friendly, helpful, courteous, and neat - and his work was outstanding. We'll use Kevin again and would highly recommend him.

When the person who had come, reached the limit of his knowledge he said that he would get somebody else. He did that and this happened twice. They gave me a written estimate with what they would do. They had to clean up everything. It took them an entire day to do that but it was completely clean when they were done. They were excellent. They have been in the area since 1959. Their price was quite competitive. They were competitive with anybody else with the time and materials involved. They were excellent on that. They spent a lot of time. They were out here a lot of time and had the big job done. They were quite responsive to all the concerns I had. They were on time and all their workers were very polite. They were quite punctual. They were here at 9:30, when they said they would be here. They were excellent in professionalism. I have a maintenance contract with them. I would be using them in the future.
