I called to set up an appointment and get pricing. Customer service said, based on the advertisement I had, the cost was $5.00 per vent and I had 12 vents so $60.00. The sub contractor-Troy King started the cleaning and after 10 minutes said there was an additional charge of $25.86 to take the equipment to the 2nd floor. I said I told the customer service person this was a 2 story house and was told $60.00. Troy was hyper and trying to up sell from the start. $389.76 for Mildicide /inhibitor, $289.76 for Sanitizer plus $8.97 filter and $126.84 for return sweep. I said no and Troy said I will stop and leave. I said no you will finish the job. The advertisement states ?No Bait and Switch?, not true. I paid the additional $25.86 and he completed the work. I never researched this company and after the service could not find any information about the company. When asked for license and insurance Troy said he would have the home office email the info to me. It never happened. I do not recommend this company to anyone. The cost to do this work should have been in the area of $200.00 for all services.
Description of Work: The service performed was air duct cleaning using reverse pressure equipment.
