Description of Work: Called on Monday. They arrived Wed at 8:30 AM, reviewed 7 zones, replaced 4 heads, fixed one leak and were finished in an hour and a half. Answered any and all questions. Explained how to use system and all settings. Great Job! Nice people. Good price.

Description of Work: Replaced sprinkler pump. They arrived to quote and were back before noon to install a new pump on a same day inquiry. We did not price shop so probably was on the high side. We just wanted it done. They were reluctant to accept credit cards and preferred a check. The warranty was only for 1 year, but feel it should be for 5 years. When asked questions on related sprinkler issues concerning heads and watering, they could have been more forthcoming with suggestion and info.

My prices have been the same for years even though the price of the pumps on my end do seem to go up a few dollars each year, I feel my prices are very competitive! I am never reluctant to take a credit card, however when a customer asks me how would you like to be paid my first choice would be cash or check for the reason of not getting hit with credit card fees, but that's if they ask, I have no problem taking a credit card, I take them all the time. As for the mention of the heads, they asked about having some head work done when I finished the pump, we looked at each zone I seen a few bad heads, I had told the customer you would probably have about an hour labor in the job plus materials, gave them a price and that was that, I can not afford to install a pump and then spend an hour changing a couple heads for free.

Description of Work: I was afraid we needed a new irrigation pump, but he found a stuck control switch, and fixed it. Did not have to buy a new pump, and them he replaced a large number of broken sprinklers, so the yard is properly watered for the first time in years. Saves water, too. He is pleasant, reliable, and would recommend him highly.

Exactly as advertised. From price to performance.
Description of Work: Had a problem with sand in my sprinkler system. Needed someone to come out, test the system, add a sand filter to the piping, and in general take charge of the situation. Called him at 10:00 AM said he would call me after last job. Called at 3:30. Arrived by 4. Did the job perfectly. Was upfront with my issues. Very courteous and professional.

He is a really nice guy and it is a good business. He did a lot of stuff that he did not need to do and made sure that I was happy. He is very professional. He came back today to answer additional questions for me and did that for free.
Description of Work: They cleaned out all the heads, replaced the broken ones, and fixed a broken pump.
