There was a lack of communication between the first two techs and main office. The third tech sent to complete the job was late (upon calling the office the employee said the truck broke down , no call ?). This would not have been an issue normally , but was the 3rd time trying to get it right , the 1st two techs showed up without parts. The 3rd tech was very professional and did a quick clean job.

A+++ to Lee at Quality Garage Door. Could not believe how fast he arrived. He is a complete professional who knows his business. Springs failed while I was out of town, wife had to handle problem. Phone call to Quality Garage Door and Lee arrived in less than :30. Lee was at all times professional, courteous and honest. After speaking with him on the phone (from out of town) he thought it was best to meet with me when I came home (next day) to explain problem/repair. He arrived the next day on schedule, diligently walked me through the problem and his plan to repair, and accomplished the repair in record time. All at a very reasonable price. Quality Garage Door will be my goto garage door contractor from now on.

Adel came out and attempted to fix my old garage opener, he worked on it for awhile, but my unit was so old, they don't even make replacement parts for it. Adel worked a deal for me, getting me a new much improved opener (linear belt drive), and a new door at a great price with an amazing warranty.
