 + -1 moreMichelle was easy and pleasant to work with . She was able to maintain good contact through the negotiations. She helped push the mortgage through to completion so that we could close on a reasonable schedule. She is continuing with some follow-up work for us and I expect it will happen in a competent and pofessional manner. She is good ! Hire her.
Description of Work: Michelle Corriveau from the Prudental agency was the real estate agent for our purchase of a second home in Cocoa , Fla. She was easy and pleasant to work with and assisted in locating the right property for us. After the property was selected, she continued to work with us from a distance ( we returned to RI ) until the transaction was complete. We remain in touch now as she is trying to find a suitable renter and property manager to occupy the property until such time as we are ready to move and occupy ourselves.
