First off, the ladies that showed up were not the pro assigned on the app. I got no response from pro when using the Angi App. The ladies that did show up did remove their shoes before coming in. They did not have a company name or business card. They did not do a great job cleaning. Used one rag to mop all floors. the bathroom shower wall was left with a film on the tile. Some big items like ceiling fans were not dusted. They were nice ladies but I would not hire them again.

Laurie and her staff did an awesome job. Somehow they were able to turn tons of clutter into an orderly and serene home. Price is very reasonable, no trust issues at all, cleaning plan is personalized to fit my needs. Definitely recommend them.

Initially we hired Laurie to do a deep cleaning of our 1200 square-foot condo. When she gave us her hourly rate, at first I thought that it was high (especially comparatively to what I was paying in my full-time home). I am so HAPPY that we decided to have Laurie come in, because she is fast and thorough and worth very every single penny. She just didn’t even stop to come up for air! We decided to continue to have her come every other week and the second time she came, she priced out the job based on that. I came home to a house that was clean, smelled clean and felt clean. She told me the two times she came that she would arrive at around 10 o’clock, and both times she came promptly at 10. I felt totally comfortable leaving her in charge while I was gone. My husband (the fastidious one) and I BOTH are thrilled to have found Laurie and look forward to continuing our relationship with her. She comes with her own supply cart, does her thing and leaves.... Sort of like Mary Poppins without the drama! I highly recommend L’Oreal cleaning without reservation.

I was very impressed with Jennifer. She arrived on time and immediately went to work cleaning. The initial visit took about 4 hours ,but that was not unexpected as she was learning about our needs and due to the amount of cleaning she had to do.

I have been impressed ea visit for months now with the care and commitment this company brings to my home. If I need the garage swept or plants watered in my absence, I just need to request it and it is done. Laurie also suggested a better arrangement for my back patio furniture and helped me rearrange it. It's beautiful and SHE WAS RIGHT!! She never fails to do something extra and has also told me if I ever need her to bring in the outdoor furniture in my absence when a hurricane is coming to just contact her and she will take care of it. A true delight to have this woman take care of my home and so much more. Highly recommend for anyone that needs the little extras that make such a big difference.

On the first visit I met the owner, Laurie and Maribel one of her staff. They went to work right away and did a wonderful job in their initial cleaning. Maribel came back two weeks later and my house looked amazing after she left! I was due for another cleaning with Donna and unfortunately I had an emergency. When Donna arrived I had to cancel the cleaning, Donna saw that I was upset and was so caring and concerned, she even asked if she could drive me where I had to go. These three women are all so personable, caring and best of all they do a fantastic job in cleaning my house!! Looking forward to Maribel arriving on Tuesday! Everything was great. The response time on our emails was great and we were able to get the house cleaned on short notice. The buyers loved it and even commented on how clean everything was. We would definitely use again!!!! Thank you so much!

Laurie's company has done a very good job with everything I've asked. They are prompt every time and extremely trustworthy. On the odd time they have had to reschedule it has always worked out very well. If asked by others, I always recommend her company.

She is thorough, on time, and very responsive to our requests/need to reschedule. I can recommend her without reservations.

She arrived at the time she said she would and even texted me ahead if time. Laurie walked through my home and explained what she would do on this initial cleaning. Let me say I have a VERY HAIRY dog, so I know my house wasn't easy. When I came home, I was thrilled!! I keep finding areas straightened up and spotless that I didn't see right away. I will be using her biweekly!

Laurie did a great job and never got defensive or upset if you showed her that she may have missed something, which is bound to happen. She was open to using some of the cleaning materials that I use that I found to work well. She was always on time and my house always looked very nice when she left. I recommend her for any cleaning job that you may have. She is very polite and friendly. Does the work herself, doesn't bring strangers into the home, which has happened with previous cleaning persons I have hired.

Laurie does a very good job, and she is willing to take on additional work and special projects when she sees they need to be done. She has a very cheerful personality and is very nice to my 14 year old dog and 89 year old mother-in-law, who she has to work around.

She did an excellent job, and was very punctual. I will be using Elder cleaning again in the near future.
