Tom was great. He is a true expert at what he does. I thought about replacing it myself until I was about 5% into the job. Once I saw it was an old lock, I put it back together and called Lock Haven. He was very proficient, accurate, punctual and fast. There were no problems with the locks after he re-keyed them and all copies of the keys worked great.

Tom called me back quickly and set up an appt for the next day. He called to say he was on the way and he did a quick inspection of our door locks.
