Description of Work: They provided weekly pool service from July 2007 until August 2010; We had no problems until they laid off the employee that had been doing the service in June 2010. He had told us that he may lose his job if they lost another customer. We were patient when he was first laid off, but then several weeks went by with our pool remaining cloudy and unvacuumed. When she (the owner) did show up, she just dumped in chemicals. She messed up the pump so bad that the hot tub was almost emptied on several different occassions. She expected our automatic pool vacuum to do all the vacuuming, and set it up incorrectly so that we have had to replace multiple parts. We called the owners twice and received no response. We stopped our payments, and when we called to cancel the service wouldn't you know they called us right back! They billed us $20 for a dirty old floating chlorinator! When you are paying for weekly pool service you shouldn't need one of those. We have since hired another company for the same price, and we have a sparkling pool. I wish we would've fired them a long time ago.
